Scott Heimel

Scott Heimel is an accomplished executive with nearly two decades of leadership in single-family and commercial property management and national service delivery. As CEO of FUSE ON, Scott leads the company’s mission to modernize and simplify utility management for single-family rentals across North America.

Prior to Fuse On, Scott served as Senior Vice President of Operations at HomeRiver Group, one of the country’s largest single-family property management operators. In previous roles he has lead operational scaling, multi-regional teams, process optimization and revenue and profit growth.

Robert Way

Robert Way brings over two decades of global leadership in real estate, property management, and business transformation to his role at FUSE ON. Having restructured and scaled more than 20 companies in 5 countries, Robert’s career is defined by operational precision, strategic growth, and a deep understanding of complex service environments.

As former President of the Property Management Division at Coldwell Banker Realty Robert led a team managing 20,000+ single family, vacation and REO properties generating over $50M in revenue.

As the creators of one of the nation’s largest single-family property management company, Property Frameworks, we experienced firsthand how utility transitions constantly disrupted operations—missed shutoffs, delayed activations and endless manual work. It was a recurring challenge that cost time, money, client and tenant satisfaction.

In early 2025 , together we have taken on the leadership of FUSE ON and the challenge of providing superior utility management services for single-family rental properties.

At Fuse On we are focused on eliminating the friction of utility transitions. We are dedicated to improving visibility, time savings and confidence in our connection and bill processing services.
